Songs of Praise Filming
Year 2 had a visit from Aled Jones and the Songs of Praise team. They have been learning about the Commonwealth Games which will be taking place in Birmingham this year. They have been researching significant figures from the Commonwealth including Nelson Madela and Marcus Rashford. They were lucky enough to be interviewed by Aled Jones about the amazing work that they had been doing. The children are really looking forward to appearing on BBC1 on Songs of Praise.

Aled Jones and the Songs of Praise team were also greeted by our fantastic school choir. They did a brilliant performance of 'Joyful Joyful'.
